Included technology planning, upgrade, security, and support. • Ensured the appropriate selection, use, and upgrade of technology to assure quality and capability while maintaining efficiency. Researched and recommended IT purchases and upgrades. Established standards and specifications. • Project managed companywide upgrades in operating systems, Office applications, and security/anti-virus measures. • Oversaw security administration (user access, backup, disaster recovery). • Designated Junior Mac specialist. Companywide Mac resource.
