Daily Duties at B&B Expressions, Inc.:
I manage both locations of the Baldoria Stores; Salem, NH and Londonderry, NH (opened in October 2010). I do the buying of all clothing and accessories. I work with vendor representatives to drive national promotions and to create in store events. I train and develop associates to bring knowledge, confidence and commitment to great customer service. I do the scheduling for the Baldoria in Salem, my home base and work with the managers of the Londonderry Store and the Pandora Store at the Rockingham Mall to ensure there is adequate staffing for all Pandora national events and Holiday coverage. I plan out the budget for clothing and accessories for the Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter seasons.
