Daily Duties at Minera Secotec Sa De Cv:
• Country Manager of Security Operations Mexico with a proven track record in Security Leadership and International venue responsible for overall security, both physical and electronic for all areas of the mining operations. Examples: Armed security training, Static security force, Process of product accountability, Drug interdiction, Surveillance and Investigations of possible crimes on the mine or towards the mine. • Communication/liaising with Local, State and Federal authorities for implementation of reactionary forces and Country Action Plan. • Ability to handle all emergency response and security planning aspects. This includes all medical, safety and operational hazards from both internal and external factors. Also so a “first line responder” to all incidents. • Chief of Health and Safety Department overseeing the enforcement of all Health and Safety standards and procedures to include critiquing and improvements upon these standards. Supervised Training of employees is established on a regular basis to maintain the Government guidelines for the country of operation.
