Supervised development of prototype design and approved all due diligence reports  Managed prototype restaurant design process including specifications and equipment selection  Selected Architects, Kitchen designers, Civil Consultants, Surveyors, and Environmental Consultants  Represented Souplanttion at all approval hearings  Approved all construction drawings, Phase I and II environmental reports, and budget forecast
