Managed construction of Firestone Stores, conversion of Dealer stores to Firestone Stores, and remodels  Managed all construction projects in Eleven Western States  Supervised the conversion of Dealer stores to Firestone stores in Salt Lake and Los Angeles areas  Remodeled existing stores in Phoenix, Tucson, San Diego, LA, Seattle, Portland, Hawaii and Wyoming  Reconstructed a store in Hawaii after an arson fire, supported local authorities in identifying the location of the cause and finally identifying the arson  Managed the process of designing, bidding, selection of contractors, issued all contract documents  Inspected all projects for contract compliance, quality and completeness  Approved all change orders, pay applications, answered all RFI’s
