Daily Duties at Childresss Regional Medical Center:

plan/direct Respiratory Care and physical therapy departments, writing policies and procedures and implimentation of such within the guidleines of State and federal guidelines. Managed capital and fiscal budgets. Equipment purchase/maintenance. Education of staff. JCAHO hospital coordinator/hospital Quality coordinator/Risk manager. CPR instructor. Performed as therapist managing respiratory care for infant,pediatric/adult/elderly. management of care consisteed of therapy/vent management/deliveries/codes/oxygen therapy/hyper-inflation therapy/percussion /postural drainage. perfomed diagnostice procedures EKG/Stresstesting/halter monitoring/physical therapy assistance, gait training,massages,heat and cold therapy, exercises.accepting any new assignments as ordained by CEO. Reporting to Medical Staff and Governing Board monthly.
