Daily Duties at Lubbock Heart Hospital:
Plan/direct and organize staffing for the STAT lab/Respiratory dept./and the Sleep Center. Worked under the direct supervision of Medical Director of Respiratory/Medical Director of Sleep/ Medical Director of Lab. assignments such as maintaining fiscal budgets/capital budgets/equipment maintenance/ updating,writing,and facilitating policies and procedures sdhearing to state,federal guidelines. Hiring and education of qualified staff, monitoring and stabilizing productivity standards. Quality Management.performing as therapist providing patient care via vent management/oxygen therapy/hyper-inflation therapy/diagnostics such as ABG/PFT/EEG/EKG. Accepting any new assignments assigned by CEO.
