Daily Duties at Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc.:
• Provided weekly direct labor hour reports and updated status information in support of Control Account Managers (CAM) and Work Package Leads (WP). • Analyzed, prepared and produced data in real time, and reported to determine status of assigned control accounts. • Projected percentage of work completed, prepared Estimate to Complete (ETC) for labor hours and other costs elements, and anticipated completion dates. Based on results of inputs, assisted Control Account Managers (CAM) with adjustments to work package activities to project accurate schedule status. • Supported monthly reporting of direct and indirect cost elements to identify and explain variances to contractual thresholds. • Validated Estimate at Completion (EAC) relative to the contract baseline on a semi-annual basis, or as required or requested. • Established baseline values through the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) process to meet contractual requirements. • Experienced in re-baseline of contractual values as a result of customer requests for Over the Baseline (OTB). • Accountable for the Avionics portion of Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter.
