Direct recruitment and hiring initiatives for all levels of candidates including entry-level, physicians, and management. 40 person call center/online recruiting. Direct sales for all aspects of the navy. Negotiate fringe benefits and perks to make hiring package more attractive to well qualified candidates. Educating clients on Adavantaes, perks, and benefits of the Navy. Tracking down leads and gaining referrals.
