Daily Duties at Fraser Paper Inc.:

Oversaw multifaceted operational duties, including new product roll outs, key account management, customer relationship development, contract negotiations, and order fulfillment. Led team of 20 customer service and planning professionals responsible for 3 paper machines with annual capacity of 150K tons. Identified and established priorities to ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, service levels, quality monitoring scores, and sales targets to focus on service enhancement and improvement of customer satisfaction. Inspired team-focused work environment through extensive coordination and communication efforts. As Inside Sales Representative/Team Leader, handled over 30 major accounts and 100+ calls per day. Progressed to increasingly responsible positions, rapidly advancing from lower level to mission-critical leadership roles. Employed by Fraser Papers Inc. until 2005 when Fraser was sold to Smart Papers, LLC.
