Daily Duties at Beautiful Windows And Interiors, Inc.:
Originating jobs from print advertising and store visits and in home appointments. Managing all the jobs in process and appointments for the day and the results of those appointments as they take place. Getting involved in the progress of all jobs that can involve personal visits. Phone calls are the primary point of contact with the work room, consulting on jobs in progress and completion dates so job can be installed in a timely fashion. Staying on constant communication with the installer to make sure deadlines are met for work completion in progress. Overseeing work of fellow employees and assistanting when needed on jobs to completion. Staying up to date wtih manufactures and delivery people as needed to make sure treatments ordered are received and payments are collected and made. As I go through the process with the customer and success is realized, I also ask for referrals.
