Created demand on capacity by entering and confirming orders, verifying pricing, timing and revision level, planning for unique requirements, and resolving discrepancies. Analyzed and balanced capacity demand by performing weekly capacity planning. I supported six paper mill locations. Notable career progression throughout tenure. • Monitored and analyzed customer satisfaction, developed and implemented training programs, and established policies for customer inquiries regarding inbound/ outbound sales. • Established and developed a culture of customer service excellence and satisfaction to include performance measurement and continuous improvement.
