Daily Duties at Net Bank:
Responsibility for the management of multi-site location of 100 associates and outsourced Client Service representatives. Led team on how to incorporate quality management and customer service into operations. Management of CRM, deposit growth, business and corporate lending, treasury management, private wealth management, KPI, capacity planning, projects and solution implementation, developed marketing plans, formulated sales strategies which increased market share & margin. Trained sales staff on how to analyze database to uncover a better perspective, new insights about customers, to help strengthened relationships and increase profits.
