Drive Six Sigma as standard improvement practice across SITA Global Services (SGS). Responsible for overseeing project pipeline, financial benefits, and training programs for 1,800-person business unit. Provided monthly briefings to senior management on performance, risks, and overall health of Six Sigma program.
