Hired to manage and lead a staff of eight employees for accounts payable, receviables, payroll, collections and billing. Responsible for reviewing all invoices and expense reports. Making sure adhere to company policies and procedures. Responsible for month-end and year-end close. Preparing journal entries. Review billing prior to sending to customers. Reconcile and monitor the firm's partner draw and capital accounts; prepare month semi-montly draw payements, profit-sharing and defined benefit paln contributions. Assist in annual budget. Prepare account analysis and reconciliations.
