Daily Duties at Abb Inc.:

Developed and managed 2 separate departments from 2 different distribution centers. Responsible for all financial planning and operation of the region including the sale and maintenance of service contracts. First department consisted of 18 Field Service Engineers, one technical specialist and an administrative assistant from a satellite office in Indianapolis, responsible for all service activity in a five-state region. Second department consisted of 6 permanent FSE’s and up to 12 temporary assigned employees, located out of New Berlin, WI and Fort Collins, CO. Second department responsible for developing and delivering internal employee training as well as performing installations of robotic arc welding, packaging, palletizing and routine systems.
