manage the appraisal department for the states of Connecticut and Rhode Island. manaage the direct repair shops in those states to meet our company guidelines. managed the appraisers in both state. hired staff as needed . instituted policys and procedures to be followed by staff and direct repair shops. Hire outside vendors to help out when volume was too high or expertise needed.
