Leadership position jointly funded by the hospital and the physician practice plan of the University of Florida. Responsibilities included strategic planning, facilities planning, marketing and management oversight of the UMC/UF primary care network, which included 11 family practice centers, 2 internal medicine practices and 2 pediatric practices. Provided leadership for the Family Medicine Patient Care Group at University Medical Center which included a 32 bed in-patient unit and affiliated support services for patients admitted by the satellite primary care practices.
