Daily Duties at Pro Build Llc:

Hired to manage areas of operations including production, scheduling, delivery, inventory, maintenance, personnel, safety, and quality. Supervised up to 85 employees. Main daily responsibilities included: 1-Production with focus on maintaining and improving production efficiency and recording KPI results. 2-Scheduling to ensure proper completion of jobs to meet customer needs. 3-Supervised delivery team consisting of one dispatcher and six commercial mobile crane operators with CDL Class A license focusing on safety at all times while ensuring on time and accurate deliveries. 4-Inventory levels to meet production needs while reducing raw material levels and cost. 5-Supervised maintenance personnel to ensure preventive maintenance task were completed and breakdowns were repaired quickly. 6-Daily safety meetings at beginning of each shift. Investigate root cause all injuries, incidents, and near misses. Ensure all personnel are wearing their PPE and following all safety rules and working in a safe manner. 7-Monitor quality assurance inspector and to weekly review inspection reports and record keeping.
