Represented property and casualty company in multi-million dollar complex insurance contract disputes throughout the United States, including California, relating to claims for coverage arising out of asbestos and pollution liability; Handled all aspects of discovery, including FOIA requests; Acted as part of National Coordinating Counsel team for corporate client; Responsible for litigation for other corporate clients, including casualty and latex glove litigation; Counseled clients on contract interpretation matters related to products liability, asbestos and pollution claims, and casualty issues; Participated in negotiating settlements of contractual disputes; Drafted cost-sharing agreements, confidentiality agreements, releases and settlement agreements.
