Represented a major financial services company in a multi-million dollar exposure complex coverage case, handling all aspects of the litigation, including developing and implementing a litigation strategy, leading a team of ten people in discovery efforts, taking all depositions, and mediating the matter to a successful resolution; Responsible for numerous additional cases, representing a variety of property & casualty companies in litigation in federal and state courts; Provided counsel to clients on contract interpretation issues; Negotiated settlements relating to contract disputes; Drafted agreements, including confidentiality agreements, releases and settlement agreements.
