I monitored program/project health and status, worked with the consulting services sales organization to market services and work proposals, attended meetings with my senior management to relate fiscal and schedule status, developed new consulting services offerings, managed the training and recertification schedules of my consultants. I also wrote proposals, scoped projects both for labor and price, managed the larger projects, and interacted with our customer base for project status and project issues resolution.
