Daily Duties at Wal Mart:

Primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store. Utilize several tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security, and driving a "shrink elimination" culture in the store. Conduct plain clothed surveillance focusing on external theft. Attended associate meetings educating store staff and management concerning LP stats, focus, and goals. Promoted shortage awareness and theft deterrence among associates by conducting meetings and participating in LP-sponsored training events. Conduct audits to ensure Sales department. Prepare prompt and complete reports relative to all theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, audits and other activities.
