Daily Duties at Amersham Health/Ge Healthcare:
Met challenging organizational sales objectives in promotion of capital equipment in the primary care market by building the marketplace across a 9 state region.Demonstrated leadership acumen and exceptional team building abilities while managing a high performance distribution team. Developed and delivered high impact sales presentations/demonstrations and produced physician speaker programs, conferences and other educational programs. Negotiated and closed sales; managed all aspects of client installations. Provided technical and clinical support to customers, physicians, sonographers, and nurses. Responsible for building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with physicians, hopsitals, nurses, and sonographers in order to identify and foster interest in new products or product indications to grow and develop the company's product and technology utilization. Shared best practices to increase value added services. Provided educational presentations/demonstrations, provided physician speaker programs, conferences and webinars. Maintain consistent openlines of communication across the geography with the team and distributors. Identified difficult or problem accounts that potentially warrant alternative approaches to maximize GE Healthcare tools and capabilities. Prioritize and appropriately respond to request in a high stress environment. Provide effective clinical and technical education to internal partners. Effectively adjust approach to a variety of styles and levels of expertise regarding clinical acumen, complex cases, technical knowledge, and trouble shooting techniques. perform adminstrative work, including managing account documentation, compliance training requirements, expense reporting, company systems input. Maintain Safe Fleet standards according to Company guidelines. Participated on weekly team conference calls. Selected to participate in the new hire training Program.
