Daily Duties at Tirr Memorial Hermann:
Responsible for managing referral sources and building referrals wihin a three state region. Responsible for marketing, promotional advertisement, CEU Programs, patient evaluations, and building and maintaining positive relationships with all physicians, case managers, hospitals, nurses, CEO's, and patients. Attend all significant National and Regional Symposiums and market TIRR Memorial Hermann. Prepare buisness plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan. Market outcome measures to referring facilities and insurance companies. To promote innovative healthcare rehabilitative services and specialty programs. Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities management, acute rehabilitation facilities management, discharge planners, and case managers within a three state territory to promote TIRR Memorial Hermann Acute Rehabilitation Hospital. I work closely with healthcare professionals and patients to improve disease outcomes and innovative approaches for patient management-from educating professionals on acute rehabilitative protocols to working with patients and caregivers to educate, train, counsel and support.
