Daily Duties at Keller Williams Realty:
Located all the expired listings and then go to five to 10 of those expired listing neighborhoods and knock on doors and hand out my card in person. I handed out at least 100 business cards a day. My monthly post card mailer was to 1000 people in a specific demographic within the four county radious of Laurel Maryland. Some of my business would through referrals and new listings would come through successful listing presentations. Several of my commercial buyer clients came through leads that I purchased and nurtured through relationship building and several transactions
