 Team lead, led team of 8 members and customer liaison to the VACMAN application  Utilized supervisory skills and effectively managed the daily operations of the VACMAN application help desk  Performed operational support to 66 United States Government Immunization Programs by providing excellent technical support and problem solving skills  Detected and resolved customer complaints for a high-volume customer focus help desk as they relate to vaccine orders, funding, shipments, or general questions about vaccines and the VACMAN application  Assigned tasks to team members based on priority and tracked progress then update Manager and customer to ensure timely resolution  Exercised analytical skills and demonstrated technical ability by troubleshooting faulty datasets  Communicated directly with all levels of management, employees and customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and explain information related to the VACMAN application  Maintained documentation of all the application Change Requests (CR) and assisted with the writing of the application test plans  Oversaw quality assurance and code releases  Organized and managed rollout of application upgrade to initial deployment locations  Collaborated with and guided team through VACMAN upgrade testing  Organized and trained clients and employees on the VACMAN application  Assisted with the software integration of the application on customers and employees workstations
