AMICAS Inc. (formerly Vital Works Inc.) 325 Bill France Blvd. Daytona Beach, Florida 32114 Computer Technician - Duration: 07/2004 - 07/2005 Duties included but not limited to, software service and support for Vital Works and RAD Connect RIS Practice Management Software. Visual Basic and Sequel based programs, customer support, company customer relations and incoming support calls. I was also responsible for customer database and network maintenance. (Supervisor: Tobie Tarnow)
