Daily Duties at Parrish Medical Center/ North Brevard Medical Support:

Physician Site Manager - (8 to 10) employed physician practices 07-2008 - 07-2010 As the site manager for eight busy employed multispecialty physician practices, I was responsible for the overall operation and fiscal success of each practice. Reporting to the Operations Manager and CFO, I coordinated monthly financial reports and metrics for each practice. My responsibilities included: daily management of thirty full time employees and up to three part time per-diem employees, operational logistics, vendor relations, supply and equipment purchasing/ leasing, and overall budget adherence. In addition I was responsible for the establishment of any new practice acquisitions and "on-boarding" of new practices. Supervisor: Tanya Fahie (Operations Manager) *During this period due to a loss in personnel, I transitioned to the Information Systems department to maintain continuity with the Misys PM/ EMR implementation project*
