Information Systems Department/ Practice Manager and EMR Manager 07/2010 - January 2012 This position reports to the CIO, and works closely with the Applications Team, Network Support Group and the PMS Information Systems Department. As the Practice Management Manager and EMR Manager my responsibilities included the daily maintenance for both critical systems and support of sixteen full time multi-specialty physician practices. I have a strong business background, and have a strong understanding of CPT/ ICD coding and billing. My Primary responsibilities included: Systems Analysis/ and modification EMR Template modifications/ customization Testing, debugging, and daily maintenance Project management of new practice conversion/ installations of Practice Management/ EMR systems Management/ maintenance of the All scripts E-Prescribe System Management/ maintenance of the Phytel Automated calling system *Member of the Appropriate Access Committee* Supervisor: Chee Chee Bass (Applications Manager)
