Revenue Cycle Manager January 16, 2012 - Current As the Revenue Cycle Manager my current responsibilities include the coordination of the accounts receivable and collections team which has account ownership across the employed company’s office continuum. My role ensures efficiencies in processes, technology and human capital in order to meet key performance metrics. I also serve as the liaison for some of our most premier clients and vendors as well as oversee all client interactions for the entire team. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Monitor and review key staff performance indicators such as call processing and aged accounts receivable Review detailed reports to identify account level trends and opportunities Develop process improvements Proactive communication with clients and physician practices Coordinate all follow-up and patient customer service activities Subject matter expert in the system applications as it pertains to our Electronic Medical Record/ Practice Management Systems Prioritize departmental projects Manage month end processes and reports Conduct staff performance assessments Supervisor (Christine Rich)
