Risk Control Framework Consultant and Process Designer; Designed, Implemented (and supports) several Excel-based improvement tools used by the Change Delivery Team within current work streams. (Production Schedule, Process Map Tracking, Procedure Tracking, etc...) Customer Experience and Mortgage Operations, Home Loans Quality and Change Delivery, Post Closing and Centralized Services, ARIS Application Translation, Assessment and Design of Processes, Procedures, Rules and Policies, Work streams include Redesign and Process Documentation for: Imaging and File Retention, Lien Release, Document Custody.
