Original Core Team Members for the Winchester Plant, responsible for practicing and maintaining team-based concept Responsible for shipping and receiving, for completing bill of ladings, updating sales, TR’s, and running queries in the company’s computer system Fork Lift licensed and trained on: Slip-sheet, Stand-up, and power jacks to include battery changing and minor maintenance Responsible for writing of training manuals to be used to train other members of the team and new team members Responsible for learning all other areas of operation to include blow molding, mixing, and filling machines
