Managed over 200 complex Bodily Injury claims from inception to conclusion for large self-insured entities such as The Sports Authority, Genuine Parts, JELD-WEN, FedEx, Schindler Elevator, Cal-Maine Foods and Perdue. Administered statements, was responsible for report and diagram preparation, liability assessment, contract and medical report interpretation, and the negotiation of settlements. Provided guidance to outside vendors, investigators, appraisers and defense counsel. Managed budget for entire caseload throughout the claims handling process, producing favorable settlement results and a high file closure ratio. Developed comprehensive, articulate reports for clients. Interpreted and analyzed complex contracts. Performed highly complex, detailed investigations under tight deadlines. Represented clients during mediations and court trials. Maintained detailed electronic files and reports. Handled commercial auto claims. (Including PIP, when applicable, depending on jurisdiction of loss)
