Initial efforts in advertising centered on production of an informational presentation that was made before groups of parents, family members and healthcare professionals who had regular contact with disabled persons. In addition to the niche marketing efforts, the practice moved to become involved in the more “traditional” practice areas of real estate, personal injury, and municipal court practice. Additionally, provided for all aspects of starting, operating, maintaining a law practice to include a continuous community outreach and education, Estate planning seminars, advertising, financial development, and employee relationships. These actions resulted in an increase in the client base, more referrals, and better cash flow.
