Promoted to manage technical projects, responsible for software, electrical and mechanical designs. Followed the PACE (waterfall) process, generate scope, gathered requirements, development, testing, final customer acceptance in stepped phase development. Presented at monthly Executive project reviews and led daily development team meetings. System design leader for inserter products and modules; create all requirements for electrical, software and mechanical disciplines. Work with Product line management on product specifications, Test Engineering to insure all performance specifications are met. Created documents for marketing, sales, production and service departments.
