Daily Duties at The Training Mine:

Nationally Acclaimed Speaker, on some of my most developed topics such as: ‘How to succeed as a Manager or Supervisor’, ‘Equal Employment Opportunity’, ‘Personality based Performance’, ‘Customer Service that Works’, ‘Diversity in the Workplace’ and ‘Customer Experience Management’ This role gives me the chance to use my passion for training and my belief in a values-based methodology of business processes to create complete training curricula for national clientele based upon their individual needs assessment. I also travel nationally/internationally to give seminars for service days for state school systems, the U.S. Army AAFES (Japan/Guam, specifically facilitating diversity and management classes), the Department of Defense/Bureau of Indian Affairs (New Mexico, specifically EEOC escalation/prevention), as well as seminars designed for the peripatetic training of executive level and multi-unit management assessment/development.
