Manage team, do performance evaluations, schedule on-call rotation and act as primary backup for any escalation issues on a 24x7 basis. Manage and monitor all business as usual activity in production, QA and test environments. Compile and track all production code changes through CVS repository. Facilitate the change control process for Centennial location. Setup environment and test all new and changes to production jobs. Compile monthly operating report statistics. Project work on an as needed basis.
