Daily Duties at Sun Electric:
Day to day oversight of Direct sales,service training and refurbishing operations. 5 district sales managers, 27 sale representatives, 3 service managers, 15 service technicians, and 2 training managers. Provide monthly sales forecast, recruit and hire staff, manage compensation programs, develop sales and marketing strategies. Interact with National Accounts.
