Daily Duties at Mac Tools:
Oversee the day to day operation of Mobile Tool business. Staff consisted of 10 Regional Business Managers, and 6 AES Managers and 200 Plus mobile tool dealers. P&L Responsibilities of over 29MM. Implement sales strategies, secure product through manufacturing forecast. Recruit and Hire Management staff. Develop and attend monthly regional sales meetings. Attend and secure relationships with NASCAR and drivers
