Worked as a team member of Corporate Finance & Corporate Treasury . Analysis of daily collection, billing and receivables reports to review the hedge position. • Verification of the spot and confirming the overnight orders of different foreign currencies exposed with banks. • Reviewing and understanding the front office operations for setting and improving the internal control system. • Conversant with the cash deal trading and costing done for forward deals. • Designing and implementing report for calculation of revaluation impact on real time basis for all subsidiaries in TCS Bancs (Derivative Accounting Software) to calculate the impact of foreign currencies fluctuations on profit. • Liaising with Ultimatix team and TCS Bancs team for modification required in different reports. • Soft confirming the deals and system authorisation of the same. Corporate Accounts (Member of US GAAP Consolidation Team from June, 2008 till August, 2010) • Preparation of consolidated financial statements of the company as per US GAAP using Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Consolidation Tool (involves dealing with more than 50 subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures). • Played a lead role in the reporting of financial statements and preparation of consolidated notes to accounts as per US GAAP. • Handled independently complicated areas of hedge accounting of forwards & options including disclosure requirement and also getting them audited on quarterly basis. • Analysis and review of subsidiaries financial on quarterly basis to ensure correctness and completeness of data. • Preparation of tax reconciliation of reported income tax amount with the expected amount on consol level as per US GAAP for year-end disclosure. • Review the figures of all assets and liabilities on quarterly basis and determining the reasons for variances between the reported figures at two balance sheet dates. • Facilitate MIS department and taxation department by providing details as per their routine and non-routine requirements on monthly and quarterly basis. • Liaising with the auditors for US GAAP financial statements audit and resolving all queries on prompt basis. • Preparation of subsidiaries financials fit for consolidation on the basis of inter-company reconciliations and also getting them audited on quarterly basis
