Daily Duties at Uspi/Nmosc:
2002 - 2006 I was the Clinical Director& OR charge - resonsible for running the OR as well as working in the OR and overseeing Pre Ad,Pre Op, and Pacu, and Materials Management. I was responsible for scheduling, assisted with budgets, evaluations, hiring/firing of clinical personel. 2008 - 2010 I was the Nurse Manager with the same duties but change in title. In 2010 we hired a CNO and I then became the OR Director until 1/2012 - Responsible for OR scheduling,staffing, hiring/firing,staff schedule, working in OR or any other area as needed. Presently, I am a staff nurse running the pain clinic/procedure area - working in both the procedure room and the recovery area.
