• Performed experiments in mice for validation of potential gene targets for drug development and knockout mice phenotype characterization: • Researched new techniques and equipment that improved the flow of the comprehensive phenotype project • Developed and validated new assays for both the phenotyping platform and indication discovery project • Designed experiments for efficacy studies and determined the solubility of unknown compounds
