Daily Duties at Melior Discovery:

• Researched, developed, designed and validated behavior experiments for Melior Discovery and client platforms • Designed experiments for customized efficacy studies based on client’s needs and requirements • Planned, organized, and executed experiments; graphed and analyzed data and wrote preliminary reports for client-based projects • Responsible for scheduling research associates for completion of projects along with the ordering of animals for the experiments • A trainer for multiple assays including hargreaves, tail flick, formalin, startle and pre-pulse inhibition, PTZ induced seizures, fear conditioning, vogel water conflict and light-dark transitions. • Completed animal use protocols for the IACUC approval of assays
