Headed creation and implementation of promotional and advertising sales opportunities to support revenue growth for 8 systems in Indiana, Texas, Florida, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Designed sales aids, presentations and press releases to assist Account Executives and Advertising sales managers to bolster sales activities, new business development, and client retention. Developed motivational and educational trainings, modules, tools and incentives for account executives, ad sales managers and clients. Cultivated strong working relationships with cable network representatives regarding special promotional and programming promotional opportunities, including local advertising sales and marketing launches, incentives, cross channel promos, and sponsorships. Coordinated annual Advertising Sales Training Conferences with efforts which included selection of site, activities, tour arrangements, meals, and scheduling of speakers, forums, and presentations.
