Command training and continuous development for 20 Account Executives and new hire Sales Representatives which span assessments, product training, oil and gas industry training, and professional selling skills. Designed and executed various training programs in support of growth of 11 software products. Managed contracts for advanced business-to-business sales skills training programs through 2WinGlobal and Sales Performance International.
