Manage a team of manufacturing staff and engineers in the design and implementation of a semi-automated production line in Juarez, Mexico. Promoted to this role in recognition of capabilities, and contributions to the firm’s product profitability. Recruited from the plant to division as a Project Manager to develop the “Custom Solutions” product lines across the entire division. Manage the Custom Solutions projects for the entire Cooper Bussmann Division worldwide. Team leader for several Custom Solutions projects implementing changes to existing products or design of new products that were similar to existing products.
