 Leads/co-leads strategy development and enterprise-wide facilitation of BCBSNC’s business strategies.  Currently leading an enterprise-wide transformational change initiative to align all divisions with the organization’s strategic and financial goals and capabilities to reach the desired future operational state and business objectives.  Provides strategic and competitive intelligence and analysis to leadership to prioritize strategic needs & drive strategic development process across cross-functional teams.  Provides strategic support to leadership team to devise area-specific strategies providing solutions to business unit challenges and obstacles, linked to the corporate vision, mission, and strategy.  Develops models and tools to conduct strategic assessments for industry alliances and monitoring initiatives.  Implements change initiatives consistent with strategic plans  Serves as lead or co-lead liaison to business executives, internal and external, in negotiations and complex contractual issues.
