Daily Duties at Intuit Inc.:
This was a work-at-home position in which I received daily tax and Turbo-Tax questions from Intuit customers both in and out of the U.S. The job required answering and resolving customer questions about the software and taxes that would help them complete their tax returns using Turbo Tax. Customers were sent follow-up surveys - won two service awards for high customer satisfaction. This job was seasonal; I was told that I was a desirable re-hire for next tax season.
