Daily Duties at Genisis Medical:

Directed and supervised the work of staff and provided care and needs of the residents Planed, Directed, coordinated, and evaluated programs and medical care provided to residents Implemented programs and changes to enhance resident satisfaction and provide for a new prospective resident needs Involved in various departmental tasks such as, medical, respiratory department, inspections, marketing, nursing care plan and variety of potential cost-benefit ideas. Documented all paperwork in a clear, objective and professional manner, such as incident reports, weekly summaries, and information in a timely manner. Meeting with residents to solve problems and concerns, innovation of new ideas, in –service, as well as policy and procedure development. Organized, directed and administrated operations within nine facilities Fulfill the registration requirements before admitting any resident within the center Reviewed and analyzed finical operations reports to determine requirements for assisted Living operations. Made certain the housekeeping staff members maintain cleanliness in residence, nursing wards, kitchen etc. Ensure the reusable Medical equipment are cleaned and maintained hygienically Set appointments including transportation, recreational, social activities and enhancing skill acquisition. Met with patients and thier family members to solve problems, concerns and participated in patients functions
